BA School of Business and Finance (BASBF) offers its students a wide range of opportunities for personal development and growth. One of the most valued by students is the Erasmus+ short-term international mobility program. This opportunity not only provides international experience but also the chance to gain new knowledge and contacts. During these short-term mobilities, students explore different European cultures by traveling to various regions.
What is short-term mobility and how does it work?
It is short-term Erasmus+ mobility, consisting of two parts. The first part involves one week of in-person learning at the hosting university, while the second part usually includes one or two online meetings usually after the in-person part. Each mobility focuses on a specific theme or case study that students in international teams work on to find solutions. Alongside the academic work, participants are also treated to a cultural program, such as guided tours, trips, group dinners, etc., allowing them to get to know the host country’s culture.
What are the benefits of participating in short-term mobilities?
Students who meet the Erasmus+ program requirements earn 3 ECTS credits, which are recognized as part of the C section of the BASBF study program. Beyond the academic benefits, students gain valuable international experience, which is highly appreciated by potential employers. The program also helps students improve their teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Additionally, participants receive an Erasmus+ scholarship to support their involvement in the program.
